What is Lake County Helping Hand?
L.C.H.H. is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to helping those who are in need of food.
Our mission is to end hunger in Lake County.
Back in 2009, our founder Patricia Serafin saw the need of food in Lake County. She started out at her church, Comunidad Cristiana Casa de Luz "House of Light", by having the congregation bring in whatever cans they could. Whenever someone would need food, she would pack up some of the cans she received, have the client come to the church, or sometimes would even go to their homes to deliver the food.
Today, Lake County Helping Hand operates at
now three different sites in Lake County, CA.
